On behalf of the National Organising Committee, the National Seed Association of India (NSAI) and the Federation of Seed Industry in India (FSII), I am delighted to welcome you to Mumbai, India, to participate in the 2025 Asian Seed Congress (ASC 2025).
This Congress is going to be a great occasion for the global seed industry to have a closer look at the dynamic Indian seed sector, which is growing at a faster pace and has evolved into a well-structured, technology-driven industry contributing to agricultural revolution and ensuring the prosperity of the Indian farming community. India also offers an excellent business opportunity to strengthen partnerships and collaborations in seed research, enhance seed trade and drive sustainable growth for the seed industry across the Asia Pacific region and beyond.
The ASC 2025 will provide a platform for interacting with business leaders, technology innovators and policy makers to have a holistic view of India's seed sector and share their experiences for mutual gains. The post-congress programmes will also cover visits to premier research & development institutions and seed production & processing facilities of leading seed companies apart from presenting a panoramic view of the rich cultural heritage of India.
